ITB 19-PR-016 - George R. Kennedy Memorial Park Seawall, Dock - Boat Ramp Repair

The City of Edgewater is seeking a qualified and licensed State of Florida Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, and services without exception, for the George R. Kennedy Memorial Park Seawall, Dock & Boat Ramp Repair/Replacement as indicated the Technical Specifications and Plans included in this document. 

The George R. Kennedy Park project involves include restoration of the seawall, fishing pier, pavilion and boat ramp as more fully described in the Scope of Work and attached Plans.  The Project Site is located at 103 N Riverside Drive, Edgewater, FL 32132. 

The project shall be substantially complete in 240 days and final completion within 30 days of substantial completion or 270 days total.

FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency and FIND (Florida Inland Navigational District) are funding sources for this project and thereby the successful bidder must meet all funding requirements.

The estimated budget for this project is $1,436,610.
