Transform386 Application Intake Event for Homeowner Recovery Program-October 2, 2025

Transform386 invites eligible residents affected by Hurricane Milton and/or Ian to attend an Application Intake Event for the Homeowner Recovery Program! This is a one-day event taking place at five different locations across Volusia County, so you can attend at the site most convenient for you.

• Deltona Regional Library-2150 Eustace Ave., Deltona
• New Smyrna Beach Regional Library-1001 South Dixie Freeway, New Smyrna Beach
  
• Port Orange Regional Library -1005 City Center Circle, Port Orange
• TCK County Administration Building (Training Room 1)-123 West Indiana Ave., Deland

To help you determine eligibility before attending, here are the maximum household income limits (80% AMI):
