ITB 18-ES-001 - Flagler Ave Sidewalk from 12th St. to Park Ave.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Edgewater is accepting bids for the construction of a sidewalk on Flagler Ave. Bids will be accepted in the City Clerk’s Office, Edgewater City Hall, 104 North Riverside Drive, Edgewater, Florida until 3:00 P.M. (local time), on December 20, 2017 which may be amended by addendum issued by the City. All untimely bids will not be considered and will be returned to the bidder unopened. All bids will be evaluated to ensure they contain all required forms in order to deem the bidder responsive or non-responsive.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This project consists of constructing 4,825.96 LF (0.914 miles) of concrete sidewalk, 948.38 LF (0.180 miles) of asphalt roadway reconstruction with widening and milling & resurfacing, concrete driveway replacement, minor utility adjustments, and minor signing and pavement marking improvements. All proposed improvements will be constructed entirely within the existing right-of-way.
