City Council Meeting

ZOOM ONLINE MEETING INSTRUCTIONS

In order improve communication and meet the needs of our community during this time, we will be holding this Council meeting partially remotely through a secure online option to engage in live meetings.

Live public comments will be taken during the meeting at the selected time on the agenda, but advance signup is required at this time. After you complete the signup form, you will receive a link by email to log onto Zoom.

Once connected to the meeting you will be auto-muted and blocked from chat to prevent interference. You will however be able to hear the meeting. At the start of the public comment period, we will call participants by name. Note that you do not have to use video, you may comment by audio only. Once called, please un-mute yourself so that you can make your comments. At the end of your allowed time, you will be placed back on mute.

If you do not wish to use your computer or tablet, you can dial in using a toll free number. Instructions will be provided in the email.
