Annual Resurfacing Plan-Work will begin on Tuesday, September 2, 2025
As part of the City's annual resurfacing plan two projects will begin the first week of September. See below the two different projects and areas.
APPROXIMATE START DATE 09/02/2025
P&S Paving will be milling and resurfacing the following:
- Silver Palm Drive (from 35th St to 22nd St)
- 22nd Street (from Air Park Rd to Silver Palm Dr)
The work will be starting Tuesday, September 2. A well signed construction zone will be in place and the contractor will have intermittent lane closures during the project. Construction is expected to last about a week, weather permitting.
APPROXIMATE START DATE 9/8-9/19
Aspalt Paving Systems will be resurfacing the following:
- Fern Palm Drive to Alamanda Drive, north of 28th Street up to and including 22nd Street.
We are asking residents to leave any vehicles, equipment, etc. in the right of way between 7 am and 7 pm (see information attached below in Supporting Documents). There will be rolling intermittent lane closures throughout the process.
