  • We service over 12,700 utility accounts monthly
  • Answer all incoming calls to the City Hall complex       
  • Respond to all incoming customer service emails
  • Post all payments over the counter, mail. drop box, telephone, and online
  • Set up or terminate new owner or tenant accounts
  • Handle all customer complaints
  • Explain billing charges to customers
  • Enter service tickets for Field Operations
  • Upload monthly meter readings and produce Utility Bills
  • Process Business Tax Receipts and Certificates of Use
