- Answer all incoming calls to the City Hall complex
- Respond to all incoming customer service emails
- Post all payments over the counter, mail. drop box, telephone, and online
- Set up or terminate new owner or tenant accounts
- Handle all customer complaints
- Explain billing charges to customers
- Enter service tickets for Field Operations
- Upload monthly meter readings and produce Utility Bills
- Process Business Tax Receipts and Certificates of Use
