ITB 17-LS-016 - Whistle Stop Park Improvements

The City of Edgewater is seeking a qualified and licensed State of Florida Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, and services without exception, for the Whistle Stop Park Improvements as indicated the Technical Specifications and Plans included in the bid document. 

The Whistle Stop Park Improvements project involves a complete redevelopment of the existing 14 acre Whistle Stop Park.  Improvements include a splashpark, playground, a new skatepark, restrooms, improved lighting, a ½ mile walking trail, fitness kiosks, a volleyball court, a dog park, greenspace and new tennis courts, basketball courts, racquetball courts, parking, landscaping and stormwater management system.  The Project Site is located at 651 Roberts Road, Edgewater, FL 32141.
