Edgewater Police Department Starts Citizen Survey
The Edgewater Police Department will start conducting citizen surveys on October 01, 2007. A representative of the
Department will call the victim and/or complainant on every incident where an official report is filed. The survey
will consist of five short questions that will rate the professionalism, knowledge, courtesy and politeness,
competency, and overall level of service that was provided by the officer who responded to the call.
The Edgewater Police Department is dedicated to providing the highest level of service possible and the
Citizen Survey will be a tool in measuring this service.
